I like all types of comics but my favorite has always been Heavy Metal, mostly because it showcased all the great cyber-punk work by European artists like Bilal and Moebius. About 5 years ago curiosity got the better of me and I tracked down copies of Liberatore & Tamburini’s awesome Ranxerox. If they made it tomorrow it would still be fresh.
To some degree I think of The Enchanted Dagger as Golden Age meets Liberatore.
