We got a brief look at Rub-Jub the Hindoo earlier in Issue #2 during the Kathar Crisis.  I can’t remember what comic book he was in originally… I believe he was a snake charmer or something…an occupation that I allude to above.  His name can be taken as another example of 1940s era cultural insensitivity, I suppose.  Would Punjab from Lil Orphan Annie be considered culturally insensitive today, I wonder?  People these days have a lot to say about this sort of thing.  They have the freedom to do so and certainly do so, for all the good it does, which is probably not all that much.  LEAVE LIL ORPHAN ANNIE ALONE!
