And we’re on to Issue #3!

As I mentioned in an earlier post, this marks the first week of “weekly” posts, as opposed to twice a week.  Actually, I’m going to post the interior cover page on Friday, so next Tuesday will bring us to our new regular schedule.  This means that we’ll have at least another year of uninterrupted posts!  My original plan was to break The Enchanted Dagger up in to three acts of three issues each for a total of nine issues.  That would give us a nice, meaty graphic novel. I honestly don’t know what I was thinking!

I considered reducing it down to 7 issues to lighten my work load but as of now it’s crept back up nine, although my current plan is to pad some of those issues with some of the original Enchanted Dagger stories, re-colored by me.

It’s a Beast, I tell ya!  But I’ll see it through.

On the brighter side, I’ve also gotten back to work on an earlier “golden age” hero driven project that I had written and pencilled right before I jumped into the Enchanted Dagger.  It was a real  fun one…I only stopped working on because…well, I save that tale for another day.  Long story short, we’ve got a good one to fall back on when I eventually have to break from Roger’s adventures to get caught up!
